Shades of Purple with Free People

I could wear a dress everyday and be perfectly happy! Dresses are very versatile. Pair them with heels and its more of a evening going out look, add wedge sandals for a day look or even tennis shoes and wear them to a baseball game. When I found this dress I loved the color pairings. I typically don't wear purple or a lot of black but these colors together with the pink just made this dress stand out. Free people as many of you already know is one of my favorite brands. The hard thing about them is their sizing and some of there dresses are more like tunics. Some tips when shopping this brand are to always size down. Many of their dresses run big. Also if the dress says a "tunic" it means its really a shirt unless you are 5'0! You will see on their site "mini" its exactly what is says its a mini dress that will hit mid thigh. The dress I am wearing for size reference is a 4 and it fits a little loose in the waist. Im 5'6 and its the perfect length for me to wear with flat sandals. These tie up sandals are so cute! They are under $30 and come in two colors. I rounded up my favorite free people summer must haves for the summer! Make sure you check them out. A fun tip... Macy's will have specials on free people where you can use those coupons that you literally can never use on anything... yeah those! Keep an eye out to get 20% off. The purse I also linked is my favorite! It was one of my wedding gifts from my husband with my new monogram :)
