Healthy Breakfast Muffins



Who says you can't eat muffins when your on a diet?! I have made these muffins before and they are amazing! Each time I make them I add a final touch! This time I chose blueberries and cranberries 
Ingredients

-21/2 cups oats cannot be quick oats 
-1 cup Greek flavored yogurt 
-2 bananas 
-2eggs 
-11/2 teaspoons baking powder 
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
-2teaspoons flax seed 

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees 

In blender grind oats, place in mixing bowl 

Place rest of ingredients in blender and blend 

Mix all together in bowl: add handful of berries or nuts if you desire I use fruit to substitute sugar 

Spray muffin pan, add mixture and bake for 25 minutes! Enjoy xo Kelly
